By using our website or placing an order with Deep Etch Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Service Overview

Deep Etch Service provides professional photo editing, deep etching, and image enhancement services. All editing work is done manually by our expert designers to maintain the highest level of quality and precision. We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

All orders must be placed through our official website and verified communication channels.

Payment must be made in full before we deliver the final edited files, unless otherwise agreed in written documents.

We accept major payment methods, including PayPal, Payoneer, credit/debit cards, and other secure online payment gateways.

Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. But any ongoing project will be honoured at the agreed rate.

4. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times may vary depending on project size, image complexity, and volume. We always strive to deliver on time, but unexpected delays may occur due to technical or communication issues. In such cases, we will notify clients.

5. Revision Policy

We offer free revisions if the delivered result does not match your initial instructions. Revision requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. Major changes and new editing requests outside the original scope need additional charges.

6. File Handling & Storage

Clients are responsible for providing clear, high-quality image files for editing.

Deep Etch Service takes every precaution to protect client files. We are not responsible for data loss caused by internet transmission errors and external server issues.

We may store project files for up to 90 days after completion for revision or re-download requests. After that, they may be deleted permanently.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All original images remain the property of the client.

Deep Etch Service retains ownership of any tools, editing methods, or sample images used in the editing process.

Clients are fully responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights to use and upload any image provided for editing.

8. Use of Edited Images

After full payment, all edited images become the property of the client. Deep Etch Service reserves the right to use a limited selection of completed works for marketing and portfolio purposes unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only if:

  • The delivered work does not match the original order specifications, and
  • The client contacts us within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after work has started,
  • Low-quality source files,
  • Miscommunication due to unclear instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Deep Etch Service shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the use or inability to use our website. Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. All client data, images, and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Modifications to Terms

Deep Etch Service reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
